Finland - Paris Peace Treaty 1947

This stamp was issued by Finland in 1947 to commemorate The Peace Treaty in Paris.  The wording PAX 1947, means the second year of Peace following WW II.  It features and image of a plowman with a horse based on a painting Ilmarinen, the plowman by Akseli Gallen-Kallela from 1900.
